I called to inquirer for a new primary doctor and was referred to Seema Joshi. I was not told she is an ARNP! I went to the office having scheduled a yearly physical check up along with complains about my severe hip pain and breathing issues. I did not get a check up and was told that someone would contact me to set up an X-ray for my hip and a referral to an ENT doctor. No one called! 3 weeks later I had a follow up consultation, where Seema looked confused why I was there and blamed the nurse for the negligence. She prescribed antibiotic and a nasal spray for my breathing issued with out ever looking at my nasal. Again I was told some one would call me with referrals for my hip. She was on her phone looking up what to do the entire time I was there, I again never heard anything back and for sure will never be back at that office! The elderly lady at the reception is very nice!

I called the office on July 24, 2024. As of today, July 29, 2024 I have not received a call back. I thought your patients were important to you.

I was very surprised that she was familiar with my GI issue that causes malabsorption. This was such a relief. We are still on the testing journey, but so far I feel like I’m in good hands.
